What You'll Do
As a Badger Care team member, you'll join forces with our current care aides to help manage day-to-day tasks and provide healthcare to a 36-year-old woman in her home.
You will interact closely with members of our lively team, learn how to become a master of your craft, and nail your job responsibilities, which include:
- Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, and transfers to/from bed and power wheelchair.
- Providing medical care: medication administration, stoma care, and respiratory care (including suctioning and ventilator management – training will be provided).
- Maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Accompanying your client to work, social activities, and medical appointments.
Shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 7:30 am - 7:30 pm, and 7:30 pm - 7:30 am
- Day, night, and weekend shifts are available
What We'll Love About You
- You have a Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent).
- You have written and communication skills that are sharp as a tack.
- You live within commuting distance of the home in Fort Langley.

- You can work a minimum of three (3) 12-hour shifts each week.
You will be a preferred candidate if:
- You have recent experience in home health, hospice, or other related healthcare fields.
- You have a flexible schedule and are available to work a combination of day, night, and weekend shifts.
- You have a driver's license (a novice or full license, not a learner's license).

Compensation
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
